At the closing of another year
Shared with all our loved ones near
We reflect on all the blessings, the struggles and our fears.
For many have experienced the joys each day can bring
While others mourn the loss of those that this year gained their wings.
As the whole world celebrates the start of a New Year
May we remember every memory made, and moments that brought cheer.
For life is but an instant,
May we cherish each and every day.
Time well spent is time with family, helping friends in every way.
So here’s my New Years wish for you
May it be filled with many blessings.
God bring you wisdom and clarity, on all the issues pressing.
May all the happy moments be stored dearly in your heart
May you find the time to tell someone, even if you are far apart.
May the weary find rest
May the worries diminish
God give you the strength you need to start the race and finish.
May the sick be restored, healed, and
strengthend
May the lonely feel loved, seen, and attended.
May you draw closer to our Lord with each passing day
May his love reach your soul and pave the way.
